The Nanny Connection, Inc. provides short term or permanent qualified nannies and babysitters on the islands of Oahu, Maui, and Lanai! While our nannies are available 24/7, our office hours are Monday-Saturday 8am-4pm HST and closed on Sundays.
FIRE UPDATE: We are welcoming traveling families to the island but we do ask that you do so with respect for the island. We will be rebuilding and remembering so many lost in our Lahaina community for years to come. Due to this tragedy our staffing is also limited on this side; however, we do have some fabulous nannies that still want to bring aloha to you and yours! A little bit about us...
We are Maui’s longest serving nanny agency, providing short term, qualified nannies and babysitters to enhance your family vacation. We are excited to also offer our services on the islands of Oahu and Lanai. The Nanny Connection also provides group child care events for meetings, conferences, and special occasions.
We work closely with our clients to customize your options while providing a caring, safe, and culturally enriched program for children of all ages. We are the island’s only nanny agency holding prestigious memberships with the Association of Premier Nanny Agencies (APNA) and the International Nanny Association (INA).
We are also a member of the Better Business Bureau and the Maui Chamber of Commerce.
Our nannies are experienced, carefully screened, Infant and Child CPR and First Aid certified, and strive to create a caring, safe and fun environment for your children.

Founded in 1991 by Patty and Thomas Seider with Christine Taylor assuming ownership in 1998 then passing the torch to her daughter-in-law Nicole Taylor in 2014; we have worked hand in hand with all hotels, concierge desks, and activity desks. Rates & Services
Please note you will be charged for the time you book as well as the number of children you book for; if you need to make changes to your schedule we require 24 hours notice. Our rates are island wide with a 3 hour minimum.
Standard Rates
Maui, Oahu, & Lanai
$50 Daily Nonrefundable Booking Fee Per Shift
$25 per hour cash to the nanny for 1st child
$5 more per hour for each additional child

$15 Daily Travel to all Lahaina Side Sits and Upcountry on Maui
