The Nanny Connection is a referral service. The nanny is an independent contractor, not an
employee of the agency. The client agrees to indemnify and hold the Agency and Agency's
referral(s) harmless for any acts or omissions including but not limited to willful misconduct,
negligence, loss or damage to property, personal injury, attorney's fees and costs.
